Returns

  • Eligibility: Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@usual.co.in . We will arrange for the product to be collected from your location at no cost, when the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide details of the issue and include photos of the packaging with a clear tracking number and the product received.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds may be denied if the product is not in its original condition.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your Bank Account through Net-Banking or UPI.
  • Refund Notifications: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the refund issued.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Usual will bear the return shipping cost for defective products or errors made by us. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Damage During Use: Items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
