Wrong Address

Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address.
Refunds: If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping can also be delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
